Lisa Ashley’s entire professional life has been immersed in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Lisa began her career in the Miss California beauty pageant industry, first as a contestant then later as a pageant coordinator whose responsibilities included, but were not limited to the supervision of makeup for contestants in beauty pageants across the state of California. Her time and efforts in the pageantry world allowed Lisa to foster relationships with many high-powered clients and corporations around the state and nation.
Lisa’s entrepreneurial spirit continued to shine brightly when she opened her own full-service beauty salon and spa at the exclusive Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, California. She later went on to be co-owner of Indulgence Medi-Spa in Thousand Oaks, California.
After a very successful run with both salons, Lisa decided to transition her career toward becoming a make-up artist for the television, film and print industries. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, including several notable television series and hundreds of commercials, Lisa’s client roster includes some of the most recognizable faces in the world. In addition, many celebrity clients indulge in Lisa Ashley Beauty products. Lisa’s makeup artistry and her beauty products have also graced the covers and pages of such internationally renowned magazines as Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Rolling Stone, People, Entertainment Weekly, Details, InStyle, TV Guide, major online beauty blogs and publications and many more. Furthermore, her work is and has been featured on television shows such as: Dancing with the Stars, NFL on FOX, Hot in Cleveland, Scrubs, Spin City, Cougar Town, Mad Love and many other major network television shows.
It was in early 2000 when Lisa began developing her unique beauty products to help her and her clients achieve the results that they desired. Her experience in the pageantry world, salons, and entertainment world taught Lisa the importance of providing excellent customer service and satisfaction but moreover, listening to the needs of each individual client, both celebrities and consumers alike. With this in mind, Lisa Ashley has created multi-functioning products that do not restrict themselves to one specific task. The products have been designed with versatility in mind to simplify daily beauty routines with a single product, rather than requiring the use of several.
